Features fully automated production, inspection, and packaging. The AOI system utilizes deep learning capabilities, enabling 100% inspection of critical dimensions and appearance, preventing defective products from leaving the line. All inspection data is uploaded to the MES system for traceability.
Operates 16 self-developed fully automated production lines for FAKRA, Mini-FAKRA, and Ethernet harnesses. Online laser QR coding enables single-piece flow quality tracing. The deep learning-based AOI inspection system ensures 100% interception of various defects, preventing them from exiting the production line.
